Welcome to PureSecure Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, booking a visit, or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide home networking consulting, installation, configuration, and in-home tech support, including Wi-Fi design, parental controls, device segmentation (VLANs), and smart-home onboarding. Service specifics may be defined in your order, invoice, or written scope.
2. Appointments & Access
You agree to provide safe access to the service location and to identify relevant equipment (gateways, switches, cabling, access points, cameras). We may decline work that is unsafe or out of scope (e.g., hazardous attic runs).
3. Pricing, Deposits, and Payment
- Quotes and invoices itemize hardware, labor, and optional subscriptions.
- Hardware may require a deposit. The remaining balance can be paid at completion or via an approved installment plan.
- Authorization to charge: by enrolling in installments/subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges to your card or bank per the schedule shown on your invoice/checkout.
- Late payment: past-due balances may incur a late fee as stated on your invoice and service may be paused until resolved.
- Taxes: applicable taxes will be added where required.
4. Ownership & Title
Unless otherwise stated in writing, hardware title remains with PureSecure until paid in full. If an installment plan is canceled or unpaid, we may disable, reclaim, or require return of hardware consistent with applicable law.
5. Subscriptions & Cancellations
- Support plans (e.g., Essentials, Pro, Senior) auto-renew monthly until canceled.
- Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; prior charges are not prorated unless required by law.
- On cancellation, hardware installments (if any) remain due per the schedule.
6. Equipment, Firmware, and Third-Party Services
- We may recommend or install third-party equipment and configure firmware/features. Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware; our workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
- Internet connectivity and cloud services (e.g., ISP, camera vendors, DNS providers) are third-party services; we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
7. Network Changes & Limitations
- We implement best-practice configurations (separate Home/Kids/IoT/Guest networks, guest isolation, DNS controls). Performance depends on site conditions, construction, interference, and ISP quality.
- Complex wiring changes may require additional scope or materials.
8. Data & Privacy
We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy. We may store network documentation (e.g., SSIDs, labeled ports) to support future service. You can request deletion where feasible.
9. Returns & Rescheduling
- Unused, unopened hardware may be returnable subject to vendor policies and restocking fees. Custom-ordered items may be non-returnable.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absolute security, or specific speed outcomes. Your results depend on factors we do not control (ISP, building materials, interference, third-party outages).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service or hardware giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months prior to the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of misuse of the network or equipment, unlawful content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Disputes; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be handled in Clark County, Nevada, or in small-claims court if eligible. You and we may agree to arbitration, but you are not required to waive small-claims rights.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
